Nice weekend

We had a great first weekend of fresh fish, capped off by the 10th Anniversary Market at West Seattle on Sunday. Here’s some shots from the weekend:

On Friday we had our fresh fillets cut, pin-boned and bagged for the weekend markets by our custom processor based out of Bellingham Cold Storage. They do a beautiful job for us.

The markets were hoppin’ this weekend, and our regulars were as excited as us to have fresh fish back!

We were all exhausted by the end of the day on Sunday, so we capped off the weekend by grilling two dozen oysters and a big piece of white king. I love the summer!

We just got some fresh hot-smoked sockeye back from the smoker today, so look for that at the markets this week.
